How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders require a production time of 3–5 business days before they are shipped. Once your order is complete, it will be shipped via Australia Post with tracking.
Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days
Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery

How does personalisation work?
After selecting your item, you’ll have the option to add personalised text for your inscription—such as names, dates, or a short message. Simply enter your desired wording in the provided field, and our team will create your custom inscription exactly as specified.
If you’d like to preview how your inscription will appear, we’re happy to provide a proof for your approval before we begin production. Please send us a message before or at the time of ordering to request a proof.

Do you ship internationally?
